Finding Community

 It is our desire that ‘The Well’ be a place where there are no “in or out” people, just people who belong. We want people to be able to be themselves, honestly ask questions, discover the value of community, dig into God’s Word together, discover and practice their spiritual gifts, while becoming a little more like Jesus! The Well has 3 key tools that can help people find community:

Mini-Church
The Mini-Church is our primary tool to care for and connect people relationally around the mission of Jesus. Mini-Churches will focus on 5 priorities: 

• God’s W0rd: Each MC will discuss the application of the previous week’s sermon. 
• Fellowship: Each MC will meet regularly to experience life together around the cause of Christ. (2-3 times a month, at a time and location that fits the group)
• Worship: Each MC will remind each other of who God is and what He is doing for them – resulting in a spirit of praise and worship. 
• Prayer: Each MC will actively pray for the Kingdom and one another. 
• Impact: Each MC will partner together to impact the lost and those in need. 

There will be at least 3 opportunities for you to join a Mini-Church: in January, May, and September. ​

Core Groups
Core Groups are our primary tool to teach and apply the basics of our faith. We plan to offer a Core Group three times a year, with sign up times in January, May, & September. These groups will meet for 3 months, at a time and location that works best for the group. ​


​​Service
Serving is a great way to build relationships with others, as together you seek to meet the needs of those you serve inside and outside of the church. It is our plan to have a Service Opportunity display available in our Commons Area. There you will be able to look at ministry descriptions for various ministry areas and get directions as to what step to take next. 

It is our goal for every adult who attends to be able to say,
