As the pastor of The Well, I am so pleased to announce some of the greatest news that I have been able to share with a congregation. While our strategy to be a church without a permanent building has paid off very well, God saw fit in his timing to provide the perfect property for The Well to purchase. The final papers were signed on September 27, 2012, just a few weeks past our 3rd anniversary. It is a step of faith in becoming a new Church. While we know that this has been a God-directed process, there is still a great need for faith to transform the property in to a tool to change lives for Jesus Christ. We have been one of God’s implements of transformation without a physical property for three years experiencing tremendous growth in many ways. As a pastoral staff and leadership team, we to plan to maintain that spirit as we seek to continue to reach Huntington for Jesus Christ. You will be asked to make sacrifices in many ways in the coming weeks and months. Certainly there will be areas to serve as we plan to do as much of the remodeling as we can. But we will also be asking for you to begin to pray and consider how you will continue to financially provide for The Well’s physical and financial needs. It is going to take all of us. But in the end, whenever we walk in the doors of The Well, we will all know that while God provided the way, we were obedient to his call and the building can stand as a tribute to God as well as to our obedience. There will be more information in the coming weeks. Please continue to pray for your Church, your pastoral staff, and the leadership team of The Well. Faith and prayer will be our greatest asset as we move forward. May God bless this new step of faith! Josh Kesler

Having faith means believing in things that are not visible, such as love and noble ideals, and being able to base our actions upon them.
